Rhino Steel Industries LLC is the first company in the UAE and even in the GCC to produce RhinoGuard coil which is also known as Aluzinc coated steel coil. RhinoGuard is a high-performance material composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. Produced through a meticulous hot-dip coating process, it combines the barrier protection of aluminum with the sacrificial benefits of zinc, ensuring long-lasting durability.
Our RhinoGuard steel coils are available in a range of thicknesses from 0.18mm to 1.20mm and widths from 750mm to 1250mm. Each coil meets global standards, including ASTM A792 / A792M, ASTM A924 / A924M (JIS, EN, and IS are available on request) and is subjected to thorough testing for salt spray resistance, coating adhesion, and mechanical strength. This ensures reliable performance and consistent quality across applications.

Manufactured using advanced coil-coating technology, each RhinoShield sheet features a flawless, consistent finish with superior adhesion and remarkable resistance to corrosion, UV degradation, and peeling. Available in vibrant standard RAL shades or fully customized color palettes, RhinoShield empowers architects, engineers, and builders to achieve their design vision without compromising performance. Gloss levels range from 10% matte to 95% high-gloss, with coating thicknesses from 15 to 125 microns to suit specific application needs.
